Workflow discovery
Map the trigger, information, people and decisions involved. Identify what can be automated, what needs approval and how success will be measured against the current process.

Connect the tools and handovers behind your marketing. We help businesses across the UK, including London, Poole, Norwich and South Norfolk, reduce repeated admin, route enquiries and keep people in control of important decisions.
Discuss a workflowTHE RIGHT STARTING POINT
An enquiry lands in an inbox. Someone copies it into another system, works out who should respond and chases the next step. When that process repeats, small gaps can become missed conversations and unnecessary admin.
Our AI and business automation work begins by mapping a real workflow. Some tasks need a reliable rule; others can benefit from AI-assisted drafting or classification. We choose the approach around the work, the tools and the level of oversight required.
WHAT WE CAN DELIVER
The plan is shaped around your business. Here is the work we can bring together.
Map the trigger, information, people and decisions involved. Identify what can be automated, what needs approval and how success will be measured against the current process.
Connect agreed forms, inboxes and customer records where the tools support it. Keep relevant context with the enquiry and make the owner of the next action explicit.
Prepare drafts or organise information where AI is useful. Set review points, permitted actions and fallback behaviour so automation supports your team’s judgement.
Check missing information, duplicate events, unavailable services and other likely exceptions. Agree how your team is notified when a workflow needs attention.
Explain the workflow, the connected tools and how to pause or change it. Define access, subscription costs, monitoring and support responsibilities in the project scope.
AN EXAMPLE ENQUIRY WORKFLOW
A website enquiry is captured with the requested service and project context. An acknowledgement is prepared for review, and a follow-up task is assigned to the right person. The original message stays with the handover.
Explore the automation concept Illustrative workflow. The actual integration depends on your tools and agreed permissions.SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITY
Useful automation needs clear ownership. We agree which systems are connected, what data moves between them, which actions require approval and who handles exceptions. Your proposal defines ownership and access to the workflows after the engagement. Running costs, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support are discussed separately from the build.
No. A clear rule or direct integration is often the better fit. We use AI where it adds useful capability and define the checks needed around its output.
We first check their integration options, access requirements and limitations. The proposal names the systems and actions included rather than promising that every tool can connect in the same way.
That depends on the workflow you authorise. Draft preparation with human review is a useful starting point. Any automated sending or record changes need explicit rules agreed for the project.
We plan for exceptions such as unavailable services or incomplete data. The scope defines notifications, retry behaviour where appropriate, and the person responsible for resolving a failed handover.
Agree a baseline and a practical measure: repeated manual steps, handling time, missed handovers or response delays. Compare the workflow against that baseline, including review time and running costs.
